Hiking Padar Island: A Hidden Gem for Adventure Seekers

Padar Island is truly a bucket-list destination for adventure and nature lovers. This small but stunning island is located in Indonesia’s Komodo National Park, between Komodo and Rinca islands, in the Flores Sea. #adventure #vacation

🌅 We woke up early at around 5:30 AM to catch the spectacular sunrise. Starting the hike before the sun rises ensures you get the place to yourself, plus you will escape the intense midday heat. Trust me, the early start is so worth it!

⛰️ The hike itself is about a 30-40 minute climb to the summit, with a series of steep, rocky paths and narrow trails. It’s not for the faint-hearted, but if you are up for a challenge, the reward at the top is nothing short of incredible. As you reach the top, you will be greeted with panoramic views of the island’s stunning, multi-colored beaches and the blue waters surrounding it. The view from the top is one of the most photographed in the world. It’s like stepping into a postcard! #hiking #explore #bestview
