Konpira Shrine, famous for "Sanuki Konpira-san," is located on the middle slope of Mount Zozu, and since ancient times has attracted the faith of good men and women from all over the country as the god of the sea, and the god of a wide range of things, such as prayers for bountiful harvests, good catches, and prosperity in business.

There are 785 stone steps from the entrance to the shrine to the main shrine, and 1,368 to the inner shrine, and there are many historical sites and cultural assets along the approach. In addition, the back approach changes with the seasons, with cherry blossoms in spring, azaleas in early summer, and autumn leaves in autumn, and the eternal flow of time passes peacefully without changing even now.
