Tonight was one of those magical tropical evenings that make you fall in love with Thailand all over again. After a beautiful day exploring Ao Nang, I treated myself to dinner at The Hilltop Ao Nang — a restaurant perched high above the town with a spectacular panoramic view of the sea. 🌄 As the sun slowly set, painting the sky with soft pink, gold, and purple hues, the whole scene felt like a dream. The gentle breeze, chill music, and warm glow of lanterns made it the perfect dinner spot. 💫🌅

I decided to go all out with my food tonight — a full-on Thai seafood feast! 😋
🍳 Krap Ka Pao — spicy, flavorful, and so comforting! The aroma of holy basil, chili, and garlic filled the air. Every bite had that perfect balance of heat and savoriness that Thai food is famous for. 🌶️🌿

🦐 Mantis Prawn with Garlic — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and loaded with that irresistible garlic kick. 🧄💥

🍲 Baked Prawns with Glass Noodles — a heavenly combination! The glass noodles soaked up all the savory prawn essence, garlic, and soy flavors, making every mouthful rich and satisfying. 🍜💛

🦪 Grilled Scallops with Garlic & Butter — tender, buttery, and absolutely divine. The flavor was smooth, warm, and comforting — the kind of dish that makes you close your eyes just to enjoy it longer. 🧈✨

And of course, to end the night, I ordered a refreshing 🍓Berry Lover Smoothie🍇 — a perfect blend of strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, and creamy yogurt. It was fruity, tangy, and icy-cool — the best tropical drink to wrap up such an amazing meal. 🩷🍹

Sitting there, sipping my smoothie, watching the lights of Ao Nang sparkle below and the last traces of sunset fade away, I couldn’t help but feel grateful. 🌍✨ Sometimes happiness really is this simple — good food, good view, and a heart full of peace. 💖🌙
