The hotel is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the huge Pavilion shopping mall.

It's located right in the heart of downtown, so getting around is easy.

The Ritz-Carlton is a luxury hotel, but

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming,

And the hospitality was excellent.

The room and interior were both exquisite, and

The bathtub was marble.

I had a very comfortable stay.
