Started the New Year on a sweet note with a delightful gathering at Gula Cakery Petite Cafe in KL East Mall —it was the perfect way to welcome fresh beginnings! The cozy, pastel-hued cafe with its warm lighting created a relaxed and joyful ambiance for quality time with friends and reflection on the year ahead.

I indulged in their Pistachio Cromboloni, and it was an absolute treat. Crisp on the outside, soft and buttery on the inside, and filled with rich, creamy pistachio—it struck the perfect balance between indulgence and lightness. A true highlight to pair with a comforting coffee or tea.

The dessert counter was a feast for the eyes, featuring beautifully crafted cakes and festive-themed treats like their adorable Christmas tree desserts. Each creation radiated joy and added a festive sparkle to the New Year vibes, making the entire experience unforgettable.
