Nice place for Dim Sum, a very grand restaurant

Brunch at Ting Shan Cuisine TUAH 1895 in Lalaport with dim sum. We were super lucky to be the first group of customers, and only after we finished dining did other guests start to arrive, enjoying almost an hour of exclusive space 🍀

The restaurant is very grand, beautifully decorated, and spacious—perfect for taking photos. There are private rooms on the second floor, and at one corner of the counter, there are many customers’ stored wines. It feels like dining here at night would mean meeting many big bosses 😎

For food, we ordered Golden Crystal Shrimp Dumplings, Sakura Scallop Dumplings, Honeycomb Fresh Shrimp Fried Taro Dumplings, and Fresh Shrimp Steamed Rice Rolls. The Golden Crystal Shrimp Dumplings were a bit dry, the Sakura Scallop Dumplings and Fresh Shrimp Steamed Rice Rolls were okay; the Honeycomb Fresh Shrimp Fried Taro Dumplings were the best 😋😋😋 They tasted different from any fried taro dumplings I’ve had before, and I had an urge to ask the dim sum chef for the recipe 🤣

For drinks, we ordered Tieguanyin tea, which was very fragrant and delicious~
