#kumamotocastle was built in 1607 by Katō Kiyomasa, lord of the Kumamoto domain, and later taken over by the Hosokawa clan.
It is one of the three most magnificent castles and seriously damaged during april 2016 Kumamoto earthquakes destroyed, reconstruction has started, and is projected to take around 20 years #japan
