This incredibly fresh fish restaurant in the Bikan Historical Quarter is a must-try.
The restaurant features a large aquarium, and the fish is filleted right from there, ensuring exceptional freshness!
The turban shell platter in particular was crunchy and sweet, pairing perfectly with sake!
The prawns were also irresistible! 😋
They offer a wide variety of sake, from local specialties to nationally renowned brands, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing meal while enjoying the pairings.
The small appetizers conveyed the care taken in the preparation, and the seared fish was complemented by a savory aroma and the refreshing ponzu sauce.
After a night stroll through the Bikan Historical Quarter, stopping by this restaurant offers the ultimate luxury of enjoying delicious drinks in a tranquil atmosphere.
It was the perfect place to end my trip.
The restaurant was bustling with locals and families visiting alone after work, as well as tourists from overseas.
