Lighting up of Koryo Taisha Shrine

Every August, Kora Taisha Shrine is illuminated after 7 p.m. The two rows of lights complement the nightscape of Kurume, creating a truly stunning sight that's sure to captivate you. Just remember to reserve a return route for your taxi, or you'll end up descending the mountain in the dark, as I did. Of course, if you have your own transportation, such as a car, it's much more convenient.
