[Hokkaido] You can see them from inside! Akan International Crane Center Annex, Red-Crowned Crane Observation Center

In the winter, many red-crowned cranes fly to the Kushiro Marshlands in Hokkaido. Many of them also fly in front of the Akan International Crane Center here. At the branch, you can observe them not only outdoors but also indoors. Outdoors, you can see the red-crowned cranes up close. It was really wonderful to observe them monotonously while looking at the mountains of Akan and Kussharo in the background. You can enter both branches or the main building by paying the fee.
