Ginkakuji, famous for its unique sand garden, is also famous for its unique sand garden. When you enter the entrance, you will see a garden made of white sand. ☺️

There are no flowers or grass in the temple garden, but it is filled with rocks and white sand. This is said to be reminiscent of the vast sand garden as the ocean and to pursue the Zen teaching that the mind is Buddha! 👍
