Ginkakuji (Ginkakuji)
It's easily accessible, and since it's a famous tourist destination,
there were a lot of tourists as well as locals.
There were just a lot of Western tourists in Osaka and Kyoto in April.
The entrance fee to Ginkakuji
is 500 yen for adults and 300 yen for children.
In Korea, many temples don't charge money,
but in Japan, it seems like you almost always have to pay ㅠㅠㅠ
And it's pretty expensive.
When I looked it up on the internet, it said it was open all year round
Weekdays 08:30-17:00
Weekends 08:30-17:00
It says so.
There are a lot of cherry blossoms on Ginkakuji's Philosopher's Path,
so if you're going on a cherry blossom trip to Japan this time,
be sure to visit Kyoto's Philosopher's Path. (If you do it right, you can see cherry blossoms🌸)
Compared to Kinkaku-ji, Ginkaku-ji has much more to see and is good for walking.
If Kinkaku-ji is just a single building,
Ginkaku-ji has a good walking course and the landscaping is really pretty!
