Fushimi Inari Shrine

It takes just over an hour to get from the main shrine of Fushimi Inari Taisha to the summit.
I took a lot of photos, so it took a little longer.
The summit is 233m above sea level, and while the footing is not bad, there are many stone steps, so it may be a bit tough for those who don't exercise regularly.
The summit is one of the Seven Sacred Sites,
and the enshrined deity is Suehiro-no-Okami.
He is also known as the god who spreads his wings.
And right nearby, you can actually draw a fortune slip for free! It has rare fortunes, so I thought it was quite unusual.
There are many mounds tombs to walk around the surrounding area,
so it's worth enjoying as much of the summit as you can.
