🌸 Wakaba Park along the Kamo River in Kyoto

It is a small playground and public park in the heart of Kyoto where Japanese teenagers come to lay down mats and have picnics to celebrate the hanami festival.

There are dozens of cherry trees along the river with a view of the train tracks, and there aren't many people here. It's one of the places to see cherry blossoms that I really want to visit.
