Rainbow Kiuiyama is over 18 degrees Brix.
It uses three types of kiwi, primarily rainbow kiwi.

This was my first time trying rainbow kiwi, and it was sweet and juicy. 💕
I always thought kiwis were sour, but they're actually so sweet! ☺️
It was so delicious!

The mountain of kiwi was topped with flowers, making for a cute parfait.
It was packed with tons of kiwi. 🥝

Inside:
・Homemade bergamot sorbet
・White chocolate crispy
・Homemade vanilla ice cream
・Fluffy genoise
・Homemade custard cream
・Gold kiwi and green kiwi.

The first thing you taste when you put the spoon in is bergamot sorbet.
It's so refreshing, and the floral aroma fills your mouth.🌼
As you get to the bottom, you'll find vanilla ice cream and custard cream, allowing for a sweeter flavor.💕

I thought the same thing when I had the Masatto Yama last time, but this layering is so well thought out!
It's amazing how it's filled with so many different ingredients yet doesn't clash with each other.☺️
No matter where you eat it, it's delicious.💗

The Ojigi Strawberry Parfait (1,520 yen) was also so cute and looked delicious.🍓
This is also apparently only available for a limited time!

The seasonally changing parfaits are a joy to return to.✨

The shop is directly connected to Kyoto Station, making it incredibly accessible.🙆♀️

Rainbow Kiwi Yama has become my favorite, and I want to eat it again before it closes.🥝💕
