[Kyoto/Gion-Shijo] Enjoy shabu-shabu while looking out at the Kamo River

Enjoying a luxurious shabu-shabu lunch at "Kyoto Kawabata" while overlooking the Kamo River from a counter seat. ✨️

This time, I ordered the Beef Shabu-Shabu Set (4,000 yen). 📝
*Available only from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The main dish, shabu-shabu, was chock-full of colorful ingredients, including white onions, onions, mizuna (miso mustard greens), carrots, maitake mushrooms, and tofu. ✨️
The wagyu beef was large, thick, and incredibly juicy!

The dipping sauces were a refreshing ponzu sauce and a rich sesame sauce, both perfectly complementing the meat. 💗
The dipping sauce melted in my mouth, slowly unfolding its delicious flavor.

I also changed the rice to the "Salmon and Salmon Roe Rice" for an additional 500 yen.
The freshly cooked kamameshi rice bowl was luxuriously topped with plump salmon and a generous amount of salmon roe, and just the appearance was enough to get me excited! 🥰
It was a hearty single portion, about the equivalent of two bowls of rice.

The cucumber pickles were also gently seasoned, a classic Kyoto flavor.

The appetizers and salads were also very elegant. ☺️

Each dish was carefully prepared, truly exuding the "elegant hospitality of Kyoto."

And the most special thing was the counter with a spectacular view of the Kamo River. ✨️
Enjoying delicious food while relaxing in the cool restaurant and taking in the view was truly exceptional. 💕

It seems to be popular with many international customers and tourists alike.
The shabu-shabu lunch gave me a taste of both Kyoto and luxury. 🌿
