A spiritual journey to admire the maple leaves

#11GoodDestinations2024

Take the train to #八泽比EI山口 terminal and get off. Walk for about 10 minutes to reach #瑠璃光院. There are 2 teams on site, one for those who have made an online reservation and the other for walk-ins. The adult ticket price is 2,000 yen and the opening hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day.

The place where most tourists gather is on the second floor of the academy. There is a shiny black table with the reflection of the red leaves, so beautiful!

The main garden on the first floor of the academy, Ruri-no-Niwa, is covered with a moss carpet. Sitting here and appreciating the garden will calm your mind, relax you, and make you feel comfortable both physically and mentally.

Another activity that can help your mind calm down is, of course, writing sutras! Paper and ballpoint pens were provided when purchasing the tickets. There were not many seats, so fortunately I didn't have to wait too long.

Finally, I saw a file that was so beautiful that I couldn’t help but buy one as a souvenir.
