I went to Rurikoin Temple

to see the autumn leaves of Kyoto for the first time in my life, which I had longed for.

It was my first time seeing autumn leaves in Kyoto,

and of course, my first time seeing autumn leaves at Rurikoin Temple❗️

By chance, when I was searching for autumn leaves in Kyoto,

I saw a tweet saying that reservations for Rurikoin Temple were now open❗️

...

I made a reservation right away 😌

✅ Admission fee: 2000 yen❗️

Rurikoin Temple is located in the mountains away from the city center

I was lucky to be able to visit in the evening and at night,

to see different views of the autumn leaves

Inside Rurikoin Temple,

✅ People copying sutras

✅ People taking pictures of the autumn leaves reflected on the table

There are all kinds of people 😌

I couldn't take a good picture with my iPhone, so I'll try again next year

I was really glad I came,

I strolled around thinking 😌

There was also a rare kamaburo bath❗️
