Spring is here, looking out from the horizon.

Looking out from the horizon, the spring is here.

The peach-colored wind is shining.

The breeze is swaying the peach-colored flowers.

The mountains seen from afar are smiling.

From afar, the mountains are smiling.

The beautiful voices of birds herald the arrival of spring.

The birds sing the arrival of spring.

This country is where flowers love spring.

🎶A classic and beautiful Japanese song "Flower Banquet" kicks off a romantic trip to Japan. Here is a guide to a one-day tour of Kyoto's most classic route!

🔷🔷🔷My Kyoto one-day tour guide:

🚗Transportation: Take JR from Osaka to Kyoto Station in half an hour

🏨Accommodation: Yamato Roynet Select Hotel - Kyoto Hachijo TERRACE
5 minutes walk from Kyoto Station

🗺️Kyoto one-day tour itinerary:

⏰Morning - Tofukuji Temple (one stop from Kyoto Station by JR)

🕐Afternoon - Kiyomizu Temple - Ninenzaka Sannenzaka - Kodaiji Temple (the distance between the two attractions is about 15 minutes walk)

💎Attractions:

📍Tofukuji Temple: Every season has its own unique beauty! The cherry blossom and maple leaf seasons are particularly outstanding. During the maple leaf season, you can see the maple leaves of the entire courtyard from its sky bridge, which is really amazing! Its Abbot's Courtyard is also not to be missed. It is most famous for being surrounded by eight themed courtyards in the east, south, west and north, with a different view on each side.

📍 Kiyomizu Temple: A must-see attraction in Kyoto! It is also the oldest temple in Kyoto and a world cultural heritage site. The red triple-story tower is its most symbolic building. Walking further in is the "Kishimizu Stage", the same check-in spot as Conan. You can overlook the stage and see the entire area in red during the maple leaf season, which is very beautiful!

📍Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka: the most famous commercial street in Kyoto. The whole street is made up of ancient Japanese buildings. Each store has its own characteristics. You can shop and eat all the way!

📍Kodaiji Temple: Although it is very close to Kiyomizu Temple, it is far less popular than Kiyomizu Temple, but it is very beautiful during the cherry blossom and maple leaf season every year! There are few people here, which is very suitable for taking photos. During the maple leaf season, there is also a night light show, which is very unique!

📌Tips:

1️⃣Before entering Tofukuji Temple, don’t miss the Wakuun Bridge, which overlooks Tofukuji Temple opposite and is very suitable for taking photos! Every year during the maple season, you need to queue for one to half an hour to enter the Tsutenkaku Bridge in Tofukuji Temple, so you need to leave more time.

2️⃣ There are many restaurants and specialties available for purchase in Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka. You can choose lunch here, and there is also a very unique Starbucks with Japanese architectural style to check in!
