Kyoto Late Night Dessert 'assemblages+', A Delicious Combination of Ice Cream & Pound Cake

assemblage+ is an ice cream and cake specialty store located in Kyoto's Kiyamachi, featuring wood and stone elements in its decor, creating a strong literary atmosphere. The minimalist and high-quality design is very photogenic, especially the beautiful first-floor work bar where you can watch the preparation process.

Upon researching, I found out that it is a branch of the popular bakery Assemblage Kakimoto, known for its unique handmade chocolates and pastries.

There are ten flavors of ice cream to choose from, and three combinations with pound cake (ice cream flavors can be chosen freely).

I was very impressed and loved it. Not only is the decor beautiful, but the food is also of high quality. It's rare to find a place open until 10 PM. If you want to have dessert at night while in Kyoto, assemblage+ is definitely the best choice.
