The entire temple grounds are designated as a national historic site, and there are plenty of things to see, including the national treasure "Hojo" and important cultural properties such as "Sanmon"!

Passing through the red brick arch (Suirokaku) and climbing the stairs, you will find Nanzen-in Temple, the birthplace of Nanzen-ji Temple.

Surrounded by deep forests, the greenery jumps into your eyes.
A spot where you can enjoy the view at your own pace and in peace💕

There are many other gardens, but
I only visited this one because I didn't have much time.
