Visiting the Kiyomizu Temple in Kyoto to make wishes

I’m on a trip to Osaka, and today I visited Kyoto, an ancient city rich in traditional art and culture. One must not miss stopping by the Kiyomizu Temple, known to Thai people as "Wat Nam Sai." Its official name is Kiyomizudera. The journey from the city center is quite a distance, but along the way, there are plenty of shops, souvenir stalls, and restaurants lining the streets for you to explore, taste, and shop before reaching the temple area. Inside the temple, you’ll feel a sense of antiquity and tranquility. The highlight of visiting this place is making wishes. The temple features three streams of sacred water flowing from a waterfall, believed to be holy. Each stream is said to bring blessings in different aspects: love, career, and health. However, you can only choose one stream to make your wish. This is definitely a must-visit destination when traveling to Kyoto.
