👋Ohayao from Kyoto, Japan🇯🇵

Unique and beautiful architecture in a typical Japanese style. We recommend three distinct temples.

✨️Nishi Honganji Temple⛩️ was built in 1591 by Toyotomi Hideyoshi. The two largest buildings in the temple, Goeido Hall and Amidado Hall, are connected by a beautiful corridor.

✨️Kiyomizu-dera Temple⛩️ is a Buddhist temple built in 778 and was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1994. The name "Pure Water Temple" comes from the Otowa Waterfall that flows through the temple grounds. The water is believed to purify and ward off evil. The path leading up to the temple is lined with shops.

✨️Sanjūsangen-dō⛩️ is a Tendai Buddhist temple.
The temple's name means "hall with 33 pillar spans," referring to the main hall structure, which is 120 meters long and the longest wooden building in Japan. Inside, there are 1,001 statues of the thousand-armed Kannon (Gannon), the goddess of mercy. Photography is prohibited. On one side, there is a garden and a bright red walkway.
