Kyoto accommodation First Cabin Kawaramachi Sanjo has capsules on the 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th floors. There are separate floors for men and women.
You can eat or talk in the lounge on the 2nd floor.

What I liked about First Cabin Kawaramachi Sanjo was that it was quiet because there were several floors and not many cabins (capsules) on each floor :)
In particular, the grand piano and bar in the lobby were really cool!
