Is Langkawi's Beach Resort Hotel worth visiting?

I recently spent some time at the Langkawi Lagenda Resort Hotel, located in Tanjung Malai, a sunny little island. 🌞 Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's the perfect escape from urban hustle and bustle. I took a taxi to the hotel, and the lush greenery along the road made the journey full of anticipation. 🚖

The hotel sits at the tip of the island, offering an outstanding view—truly an unbeatable ocean vista! 🌊 The room designs are quite unique, with a slightly retro charm, though a bit dated. The hotel recently underwent renovations and now boasts a brand-new infinity pool with a stunning view of the sea, making it a paradise for swimming enthusiasts. 🏊‍♀️ The front desk staff were very friendly, making me feel at home right away. The room layout is well-designed, especially the sea-view rooms—the balcony experience is truly unforgettable. The service is also top-notch, with staff always ready to assist. 🛎️

The room I stayed in was spacious, and while the decor felt a bit outdated, the sea-view balcony made me fall in love at first sight. The bed was incredibly comfortable! However, the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak, so hopefully, that can be improved. Also, only a basic amount of drinking water is provided, so I recommend buying more at nearby shops. 🚰

Don’t forget to explore the surrounding wonders! Nearby water sports and mangrove tours are perfect for adventure seekers. 🛶 You can also unwind completely at Yuan Spa. As for dining, there are plenty of great options nearby, like Rimba at Ambong Pool Villas and Arang BBQ & Grill Langkawi, both offering delicious meals not to be missed. 🍽️

That said, my stay wasn’t without flaws. The cleanliness of the room could be improved, especially the dusty environment and dated decor. 🚿 Hopefully, the hotel can address these minor issues to elevate the guest experience.

Overall, Langkawi Lagenda Resort Hotel is a great place to relax and enjoy ocean views. With a little tolerance for its minor imperfections, you can fully embrace the tranquility of this beautiful island. ☀️ If I ever return to Langkawi, I’d consider staying at this little paradise again. ❤️
