Staying at the Four Seasons Langkawi was like living in a tropical fairy tale. My villa, which was utterly private and perched above the rainforest canopy, had a personal pool and that gentle rustle of leaves surrounding it.
Mornings meant open the blinds to chirping birds, dipping into the crystal clear surrounding waters, and meandering along winding pathways that connected to a beach. I spent lazy afternoons lounging in powdery sand, sipping fresh coconut water, and watching traditional longboats slowly navigate the water. Dinner under stars, fresh seafood, local flavors, and that beautiful isle breeze, was absolutely magnificent.
