🌳 Environment:
The homestay is a detached Japanese-style villa with an ultra-spacious 170㎡ area. The private Japanese-style courtyard has a great ambiance. Soaking in the hot spring (hot tub available for an extra fee), eating barbecue, watching a movie on the projector, and enjoying the sea breeze—life couldn't be more pleasant! There's also a waterscape in the courtyard (hot spring water not yet available) and children's facilities, so you don't have to worry about the kids getting bored.

🛏 Rooms:
With 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms, there are minimalist king rooms, cozy family rooms, and Japanese-style tatami rooms, accommodating up to 7 people. Self check-in with a smart door lock is super convenient. Toiletries are complete, and there's central air conditioning, a water heater, a projector, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a disinfection cabinet, a rocking chair, tea sets, an American-style grill, an ice cream maker, a bread machine, a juicer, and more. The facilities are super complete!

🍱 Dining:
There are many restaurants within walking distance, as well as an owner's cafeteria. You can go to Xinda Market to buy fresh seafood in 15 minutes. If you don't want to eat out, the homestay has complete kitchenware and seasonings, as well as a disinfection cabinet, so you can cook and barbecue with peace of mind!

🏖 Surrounding Area:
The community has its own private, quiet, and safe beach where you can fish and dig for clams. It's 5 minutes to Sanbei Pearl Pier, where you can visit Yuetuo Island and Putuo Island. Moreover, it is an independent villa area with 24-hour security, parking spaces, and super convenient for self-driving trips.

💁‍♀️ The homestay owner is a cat parent to four felines and is very loving to small animals. If you bring pets, they also thoughtfully prepare dog cages and cat litter boxes. 🐾
