Comfort Resort Lapu Lapu

This time I went to Lapu-Lapu in the Philippines and chose to stay at the Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort. The hotel is very conveniently located on Punta Engaño Road, about a 20-minute drive from Tacloban Airport, and it was very easy to get there.

The location is really good, located on Mactan Island, the surrounding scenery is particularly beautiful and the highway is also very convenient. The decoration style of the hotel is a combination of modern and natural. You can feel the relaxing atmosphere as soon as you enter the lobby. The reception staff is very enthusiastic, making you feel relieved from the fatigue of the journey. The processing speed at the front desk was also quite fast. I was worried that I would have to wait for a long time, but it was done in just a few minutes.

The room design is very reasonable and has a full sense of space. The bed was so big and soft that I didn't want to get up! The room facilities are very complete, including a minibar, coffee machine and smart TV. What surprised me most was that I could see the sea view directly from the balcony. When I woke up in the morning, I felt that the whole world was beautiful. 🎉

There are many delicious restaurants around the hotel. I recommend several good restaurants. The nearest one is Benjarong Mactan, a very unique Thai restaurant with extremely authentic taste. The second is DIP Nikkei, a combination of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine, which tastes particularly good. Then there's 5 Cien, which serves authentic Lapu-Lapu specialties as well as some classic international dishes. There is also Azure Beach Club, which has a romantic atmosphere and is perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and delicious food during dinner time. The seafood at Cabana Grill and Seafood is super fresh, and you’ll fall in love with it after trying it once. Finally, I can also recommend Savoy Cafe, which is also a great spot for small-scale dining.

However, there is a small drawback, that is, the hotel is a little far from the city center, and you have to take a taxi or rent a car to get around. But considering that you can live in such a beautiful place, it is still worth it.

To sum up, this hotel is an excellent choice for a holiday destination in terms of location, service, facilities and surrounding food! 💖
