[World Heritage] Leshan Giant Buddha

📍Facilities
The Leshan Giant Buddha is one of the largest in the world, with a height of 71m, a head size of 14.7m, ear length of 6.72m, and shoulder width of 24m. It was carved into a cliff on Mount Lingyun, where three large rivers meet. It was built to pray for safe water transport🤲 to save the people suffering from river flooding💦, and took about 90 years to complete.

🏖️Atmosphere
Go through the entrance, pass the dragon🐲 and tiger🐯 sculptures, and climb the stone pavement to the top, and you will see the head of the Great Buddha from the side. It's very impressive!
As you get closer, you can see the head from quite close, so you can really get a sense of its size. You can see the Great Buddha👀 from various directions around here, and everyone is taking commemorative photos📱.
You can also go down to the base. Looking up, it was huge. I was impressed by how many years it took to build this Buddha 😳
