Climb to the top of the mountain to see the lake surface, then watch the clouds by the lake—this is probably my ideal way to spend a weekend. This time, Lingyun Haokun Lake was stunningly beautiful! The karst peaks reflected in the emerald green lake water make every shot look like a blockbuster scene.
📍Haokun Lake
Address: Haokun Village, Lingzhan Township, Lingyun County, Baise City, Guangxi
Opening Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Note: No entry after 5 PM)
Ticket Price: 58 RMB per person
✨Travel Tips:
1. Be sure to go on a sunny day! The lake water under the sunlight is as clear as jade, perfect for photos.
2. It’s recommended to wear comfortable sneakers; the lakeside boardwalk and hiking trails are easy to walk.
3. The mountaintop viewing platform is a must-visit, and you can encounter adorable wild monkeys halfway up the mountain.
📸Photo Tips:
- The light is softest between 9-11 AM
- Use a telephoto lens by the lakeside boardwalk to capture mountain reflections
- Wearing white or bright-colored clothes makes photos stand out
Food Recommendations:
There are local farmhouses at the entrance of the scenic area where you can try Lingyun specialties like cured meat, wild honey, and mountain spring fish, all with great value!
