Impressive colorful landscape - Zhangye

Zhangye（張掖）in Gansu province is a real gem hidden in western China. The colorful landscape we can see now was once a lakebed 130million years ago. Mother Nature created this masterpiece over the years through geographical change, erosion by wind and water. There are 4 viewing platforms inside the national park, which are accessible by the minibus operating in the park. All platforms provide amazing view and you can try hot air balloon and helicopter tour if you prefer to view it from a higher angel.
