London | A Quiet Dialogue with History—Westminster Abbey

On that rare sunny day in London, Westminster Abbey revealed a completely different aspect compared to its usual rainy days. The blue sky highlighted the church's gray and white Gothic spires, resembling an eternal lighthouse guiding everyone who steps onto this land.

Walking through the heavy wooden door, I instantly transitioned from the bright sunlight into the serene sanctuary. Under the towering vaulted ceiling, the stained glass windows cast colorful shadows on the stone floor, like imprints left by time. The church is not only a symbol of religion but also a convergence point of British history and culture.

When the sunlight streamed through the stained glass onto the altar, the entire Westminster Abbey seemed to be embraced by a golden glow, tranquil and warm.
