[A Fantasy Tour of Weilong in the Rain] Visit Longnan Yanyi Weilong! Temple lanterns x simple ancient charm x gourmet souvenir street satisfy all at once✨

Last week, I finally rushed to Long Nan and visited a place full of historical rhyme and great for taking pictures - Yan Yi Wai Dragon House! This trip was super fulfilling, from walking into the temple and lantern photo spots full of New Year flavor, to strolling around the dragon house in the rain to feel the tranquil atmosphere, and finally shopping at the souvenir food street at the entrance.

Walk into the Long Walk Temple and feel the blessings of the sea of lanterns

As soon as you get off the bus, you will be attracted by the colorful sea of lanterns in front of the Long Walk Temple!
The red and strings are hung high, whether it is day or dusk, it has a festive atmosphere! There are so many photo spots, a casual shot is very IG-able!
Recommended photo spots:

The central axis in front of the temple photographs the "Lantern Tunnel"

The oblique shadows on the side are full of composition

Swallow Wings Surround the Dragon: Meet the tranquility of time in the drizzle

The group stepped into the Yan Yi Wai Dragon House. It was just raining lightly. It had a special taste!
The Wailong House retains the traditional architectural characteristics of Hakka. The circular structure surrounds the central courtyard. It is very secure and exudes an ancient tranquility.
The light rain knocks down the blue brick and red walls, with the small rain pink flowers (aka colored leaf grass) planted around, the screen is really quiet and healing.

Recommended photo angle:

Atrium outward shadow "arc wall" + reflection in the rain

Taking a selfie by the flowers in the light rain

Wearing Hanfu to shoot in the corridor, full of ancient style!

Entry-level souvenir food court: eating while walking is super satisfying!

Before leaving Wai Lung House, remember to stay at the souvenir food court at the door!
There are many authentic snacks concentrated here, including:

Hakka Ai Dumpling (glutinous rice is fragrant, smooth and not greasy)

Peanut candy (traditional handmade, super mouth-watering)

The local specialty dried plums are perfect for sharing with your family!
There are also several small handicraft stalls where you can buy magnets and lantern pendants in the shape of a dragon house, which are beautiful and commemorative value
