Pre-book and purchase a ticket with a fast pass that allows you to ride without waiting (can be used once per ride)

Scan the QR code sent to you by email to enter, and receive a paper fast pass at that time.

Entry begins 30 minutes before the park opens, and you can enter.

It is relatively quiet in the morning, and you have to wait 10 minutes for Harry Potter and other rides.

The Mario ride is the most popular and has a long wait, but you can ride it in less time than the displayed time.

The overall wait time is shorter than Universal Studios Japan.
If you are going from Japan, it is a little expensive, but I recommend purchasing a ticket with a fast pass.
