Chapelbrücke wooden bridge

#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck
The Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke), also known in English as Chapel Bridge, is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Switzerland and a major landmark of Lucerne. Built in 1333, it is approximately 204 meters long (today, approximately 170 meters remain after a fire in 1993. It was rebuilt and reopened in 1994). It is the oldest surviving wooden bridge in Europe. The bridge is a covered wooden structure. Inside, triangular paintings on wooden panels depict the history of Lucerne and Switzerland.
