It is the Nanyang Laksa Hot Pot presented by the hotel's chef Lesley Chan
The addition of homemade secret recipe perfectly blends the unique flavor of Singapore laksa
The coconut milk curry soup is very rich and goes well with fresh seafood and tender chicken
The soup is fragrant and rich and delicious~ Here are the ingredients:
Prawns, white squid, squid, beef roll with mushrooms, dried bean curd, spicy fishballs, seasonal vegetables, shiitake mushrooms, quail eggs, tofu, coarse rice flour
I quite like the dish and the mushroom beef. It's very seasoned🤌🏻

🔥Oriental Selection - Soft Shell Crab (MOP$168)
Singapore Chili Crab Sauce with Fried Buns - Surprise of the day
Each piece of fried bun is topped with a fried soft shell crab
Served with Singapore chili crab sauce, it tastes sweet and slightly spicy ❤️
Love this way of eating can elegantly and do not wash dirty hands to eat chili soft shell crab and fried buns 💯

🔥Man Wah Selection - Wagyu Beef Covered Rice (MOP$218)
Using Australian Wagyu beef with spring eggs I want to say the ratio of meat to rice is close to 1:1
The portion is quite sincere and the wagyu is grilled just right
Quite like the rice is accompanied by pickled cauliflower + green onions and sesame
It can not only relieve thirst but also add flavor. It's so satisfying!
