A new Macanese cuisine experience

Macau has suddenly become popular recently to talk about native lettuce. So, this trip to the Hao River will include the native mansion in the itinerary.

Located in Long Wan Pu Yun, the Tu Sheng Mansion is a century-old villa that was once the official residence of a senior official, so it is elegantly decorated. The shop also deliberately retains photos, furniture and furnishings from the past to add flavor. Being able to enjoy authentic native Portuguese cuisine in the mansion is a unique experience.

The top layer was placed with meatballs and cheese toast, slightly crispy when bitten, inside is pork, with a hint of mint flavor of meatballs, the standard met expectations. The toast is toasted crispy, and with the combination of cheese, it's hard not to taste good.

The middle layer, the curry corner of black-haired pork and chicken, is just fried, hot and crispy enough. The sauce next to it, smelled sour, but tasted a little sweet, quite interesting.

The yellow ginger corners are filled with white radish, which tastes crispy and delicious. Finally, eat a piece of minced pork bun, the salty point is over.

Dessert was served on a two-tiered rack. The egg coconut cake was not too sweet, and the taste and texture were very satisfactory. The winter melon jam is sweet and appetizing. It is quite good when spread on biscuits.

The coconut cake was sweet, the Port wine jelly I tasted for the first time, not too sweet quite interesting.

There is also a plate, placed in a bird-shaped vessel of pastry, according to the clerk is coconut glutinous rice, but the texture is not smoky, the taste is not very sweet, personally think ordinary, or sweetness higher I would prefer.

With a cup of coffee, this new native Portuguese experience comes to an end.
