Day 1: The Tranquil Fragrance of History
In the morning, we step into the serene and elegant He Dong Library. This colonial-style building is hidden in the bustling city, like a secluded sanctuary. The library boasts a rich collection of books, with antique bookshelves and wooden floors exuding a strong sense of time. Sitting by the window, with sunlight streaming in and a book in hand, one can feel the beautiful blend of knowledge and tranquility. After leaving the library, we walk to the nearby Gangding Theater. This ancient theater is a testament to Macau's culture. Its weathered exterior still exudes elegance, as if narrating stories of the past.
Day 2: Old Streets and Urban Charm
On the second day, we visit Banzhangtang Street, a street full of local Macau life and surprises. The street is lined with old shops, cafes, and craft stores. Visitors can enjoy Portuguese desserts while experiencing the perfect blend of Macau's tradition and modernity. In the afternoon, we head to Senado Square, one of Macau's landmarks. The square is surrounded by colorful Portuguese buildings, exuding a strong exotic charm. During our leisurely stroll, we once again feel the diversity and uniqueness of the city of Macau.
