Early in the morning, I came to St. Francis Church in Coloane. This small church built in the early 20th century has a simple appearance, but it exudes a quiet and pure atmosphere. I pushed the door open and walked in. The wooden benches in the hall contrasted beautifully with the white walls. The faint candlelight flickered in front of the altar, adding a touch of sacredness to this seaside town. I sat down quietly, feeling the faith and tranquility of this land that transcends time and space.
In the afternoon, I went to the most beautiful natural beach in Macau - Black Sand Beach. This beach, famous for its black volcanic sand, is completely different from the general golden beaches. The waves gently hit the shore, bringing cool breezes. I took off my shoes, let the soft black sand gently wrap my feet, and felt the tenderness of nature. A fishing boat slowly passed by in the distance, and the setting sun dyed the sea surface golden red, drawing the most beautiful end to the day.
