Macau Autumn Themed Kaiseki

This restaurant has excellent ambiance and service.
The food is beautifully presented. Since it's autumn, the presentation is full of autumnal elements, such as maple leaves.
The menu also features plump autumn fish and seasonal vegetables.

The service is truly excellent. They're always attentive to our needs. When we finished our tea, they immediately refilled it. I casually complimented their tea, and they packed a small portion for me before I left.

They also have very high standards for themselves.
When the waiter was clearing the plates, he saw me spit out a piece of fish scale. I had no intention of complaining, but the waiter immediately stated that this was unacceptable. He immediately reported the incident to the chef, who was very apologetic and offered us another plate of snacks as compensation.
The service is truly warm and welcoming.
