Exceptional Service with Warm Hospitality

I’m unsure where to begin because everything was wonderful. I'm very particular about every detail, including genuine smiles. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, Mark promptly assisted with our luggage. Then we met Joaquín and Esteban at the reception; they were incredibly friendly and did everything possible to make us feel at home. They offered us cava for our anniversary, and in the room, there was a delightful surprise of cake, cookies, and strawberries awaiting us. The staff provided the best service in the world, with every single member contributing to this experience. The next day, Frank greeted us at breakfast, helping and pampering us with all he could. It was a first-class breakfast experience. We needed a cab but couldn't get one on site due to a large city event. That's when we met Prince, who helped with our luggage to find a cab. I am exceedingly grateful to every staff member at GRAN HOTEL INGLES. It truly is grand in every way (with very good-looking and friendly people, by the way). Best bar, drinks, etc...
