LEEPEE FARM is a specialty coffee farm located on Doi Chang, Mae Suai District, Chiang Rai Province. It is founded and managed by P'Leepee and P'Kik, who have over 20 years of experience in the coffee industry. This farm is renowned for producing high-quality coffee beans through unique and innovative processing methods.

• Special Processing Method: The farm employs the Fizzy Double Anaerobic Natural Process, which involves fermenting coffee beans in an oxygen-free environment for 72 hours, resulting in complex and sweet flavors.
• Distinctive Flavor Profile: Coffee beans from LEEPEE FARM feature a variety of flavor notes such as plum, rum raisin, vanilla, blackberry, and a lingering sweetness.
• Altitude and Coffee Varieties: The farm is situated at an altitude of approximately 1,200–1,300 meters above sea level and grows Catuai and Catimor coffee varieties, which are well-suited to the terrain and climate of Doi Chang.
