Malta 2-Day Itinerary

From start to finish, Malta was the epitome of 'relaxation.' Being a small country, it was easy to explore on foot, and every day brought new surprises with its charming alleys and stunning sea views. The warm Mediterranean sunshine and gentle breeze enveloped me, loosening not just my body but also my mind.
Valletta's old town was the place that best showcased Malta's charm. The golden limestone buildings, narrow alleyways, and glimpses of the sea between staircases were like scenes from a painting. The view of the Grand Harbor from the Upper Barrakka Gardens was breathtaking during the day, but it became even more magical at sunset.
The Blue Lagoon on Comino Island was the highlight of my trip to Malta. The moment I jumped off the boat, I was greeted by crystal-clear waters so transparent I could see the seabed beneath me. Floating on the water, gazing at both the sky and the sea, felt utterly surreal.
In St. Julian's and Sliema, I got a taste of everyday life in Malta. Strolling along the seaside paths, sipping coffee at a small café, and ending the day watching the sunset over the ocean were simple yet deeply memorable moments.
Malta is a destination where 'being' takes precedence over 'seeing.' It was perfect even when doing nothing, and that's why I find myself longing for it even more after leaving.
