Visiting Dar El Bacha in the late afternoon is a lesson in light. The sun filters through the carved wooden screens, painting golden patterns on the walls. The palace glows softly, and the calm feels almost sacred. You wander slowly, taking in the details — the turquoise tiles, the hand-painted doors, the calligraphy panels. The exhibits add context, but the atmosphere does the storytelling. Ending the visit with a cup of coffee in the palace café feels like completing a perfect loop — art, history, peace, and taste, all in one place.
