Kamikochi 1-day travel plan

🗓 1-Day Kamikochi Trip (from Matsumoto)
🌅 Morning (6:30 AM - 9:00 AM)
Depart from Matsumoto Station by Alpico Bus to Kamikochi.
The journey takes approximately 1.5 hours. Get off at Taisho Pond.

Stroll around the pond. Enjoy the morning mist and the Yakedake Mountains reflected in the water.

☀ Noon (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Walk along the Azusa River towards Kappa Bridge (~1 hour). Stop to take photos of the clear river and Hotaka Mountains.

Arriving at Kappa Bridge, take a coffee break or have lunch at a nearby restaurant.

🌿 Afternoon (12:00 PM – 3:30 PM)
Continue walking from Kappa Bridge to Myojin Pond (~1–1.5 hours).
Entrance fee: 300 yen.
Admire the emerald-green pond and Myojin Shrine.
Relax amidst nature.

🌇 Evening (3:30 PM – 5:00 PM)
Walk back to Kappa Bridge (~1 hour).
Take photos of the bridge and river in the evening light.
Take the bus back to Matsumoto.
