My visit to the State Museum of North Sumatra was truly rewarding and educational. It offered a deeper understanding of Medan’s rich history and cultural heritage. One fascinating exhibit was the mesin Telex, a relic of communication technology from the past.

I also learned about the battle fought by local heroes in the Medan area, and saw displays honoring the national heroes of North Sumatra who bravely defended their land. The collection of guns and battle equipment used during the resistance against intruders was both powerful and moving.

Each exhibit told a story of bravery and struggle, making the museum not just informative but emotionally impactful. A must-visit for anyone interested in history and local pride.
