Kusasenri Coffee Roastery with a spectacular view

Kusasenri Coffee Roastery is a cafe with its own roasting coffee, located in a location with a spectacular view of Kusasenri.
The exterior is made of exposed concrete, and the interior is cool and stylish, with a black and white theme.
It's surprising to see such a stylish place suddenly appear in a tourist spot.

The Charcoal Latte is jet black, imitating the volcanic ash of Aso, and the latte art stands out against it.
The rich aroma of the milk and the sweetness are complemented by a hint of charcoal.
The Yame (Matcha Latte) uses matcha from Hoshino Tea Farm in Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
It reminds me that Kyushu is a tea-producing region.
Both drinks are unsweetened, so I immediately went looking for sugar.

In front of the shop is Kusasenri Beach, where the vast grasslands of Aso spread out over one of the world's largest caldera formations.
One of the five peaks of Aso, this beautiful place is made up of a 785,000 square meter grassland on the crater site at the northern foot of Eboshi-dake and a pond that is said to have been formed by collecting rainwater.
