[Kumamoto] The best weekend at Kurokawa Onsen!!

In February, the end of the fiscal year, I was busy and tired from work, so I went to Kurokawa Onsen with my colleagues on the weekend to refresh myself!

Day 1

・Take a morning flight from Narita to Kumamoto

・Eat the famous dago soup near the airport, then take a bus to Kurokawa Onsen

・Arrive in the evening and relax at the inn

(Used both the large bath and the private bath!)

・Dinner

・Walk along the river to see the lights

Day 2

・Tour the hot springs at Kurokawa Onsen

(Buy a ticket and you can go to 3 hot springs of your choice)

・Take a bus to the airport in the evening

・Red beef yakiniku

・Take a night flight to Narita

It takes more than 2 hours by bus from the airport to Kurokawa Onsen, so I thought it was far away, but I was able to enjoy it for 2 days on the weekend.

It was very easy because we just rode the bus. It was a quick trip, so I was glad we didn't rent a car.

In winter, the river was lit up and it was very beautiful!! You can also choose from a number of hot springs, but we especially recommend Yamamizuki. It's about a 30-minute walk from the hot spring town, so it's not well known, but the hot springs you can enjoy in the middle of nature along the mountain stream were exceptional.
