Pure white sandy beach. The shallow water continues, so you can walk a little farther at low tide.
This is an artificially created place due to the landfill of Shimojishima Airport, and is not a natural beach.
The landfill of the airport apparently blocked the tide, causing sand to accumulate on the seabed.
The accumulation of sand made the water shallower, creating the shallow 17END!

By the way, to take pictures of the beautiful blue scenery at this place, it must be sunny and at low tide.
If it's cloudy, the color of the sea won't come out beautifully...
