Transportation
• Plane: Fly directly to Mohe from Beijing, Harbin, and other cities. Mohe Airport is about 15 km from the city center. Take a taxi or hire a car to get there.
• Train: Take a train or high-speed train to Harbin, then take a train from Harbin to Mohe. There are about 3 trains from Harbin to Mohe every day. The K7041/K7042 (return) is known as the "Snow Country Train" and offers beautiful scenery along the way.
Accommodation
• Mohe City: There are more accommodation and food options here, with affordable prices and convenient transportation. We recommend staying near Dingfeng Shopping Mall.
• Beiji Village: There are many options, including homestays, farmhouses, youth hostels, and hotels. Accommodation is generally good.
• Beihong Village: Most rooms have kang beds, a traditional feature of northeast China. There are also a few standard rooms. The village is small.
Attractions
• Beiji Village: The northernmost village in China. Enjoy the northern scenery, try winter sports, and find the "northernmost" things, such as the northernmost post office and the northernmost boundary marker.
• Beihong Village: More primitive than Beiji Village, separated from Russia by a river. The local cuisine includes northeast Chinese dishes and Russian dishes.
• Christmas Village: A fusion of Chinese and Western Christmas culture. Interact with Santa Claus.
• Birch Forest: Birch trees, a symbol of love, are popular. The scenery is beautiful.
• Longjiang First Bay: A large "ω"-shaped bay formed by the Heilongjiang River, the border between China and Russia. Hike up the mountain for a spectacular view.
• Wusuli Shoal: Separated from Russia by a river. Climb the wooden steps to enjoy the scenery of the border river between China and Russia and visit the northernmost point in China.
• Reindeer Park: Feed the reindeer and experience their gentle nature.
• Mohe Ballroom: Famous for the song "Mohe Ballroom." The interior has a retro atmosphere.

Equipment
• Tops: Thermal underwear + thick turtleneck sweater or thin down vest + long down jacket weighing about 300 g.
• Bottoms: Loose pants on the outside, thick leggings weighing about 800 g on the inside, and thin fleece leggings.
• Gloves: Touchscreen ski gloves or two pairs of gloves, one thin pair for taking photos and one thick pair for warmth.
• Hat: Choose a hat that covers your ears. A Lei Feng hat is best.
• Shoes: Snow boots with anti-slip soles and fleece lining above the ankle.
